Letters should be from any of the following: community organizations ; local Chambers of Commerce; city/state representative; supply vendors (e.g. printer, utility); neighbors and/or customers. Each letter must include contact information of author.

Each application will be verified for accuracy of information. The information contained in the application, in whole or in part, may be used by the Salute to Hispanics in Sports and Entertainment for media information purposes. The applicant authorizes Salute to Hispanics in Sports and Entertainment Board Members to use the awarded pictures, likeness, name and all other information set forth in the application and personal interviews in articles, third party publication and for advertising or promotional purposes for the events.
